sorry to hear about Bob's problems.
Best thing to do is to wipe the drive and reload the software.
Not to try to sound smug or anything...I am a paranoid SOB. I run 2 virus
programs and take a close look at anything anyone sends me. haven't caught
in over a decade.
But I understand how easy it is to catch it.
Tell Bob to relax, take his time. enjoy the ride. We'll still be here.
