I had my Eldo apart this winter for freshening up. Was going to try to start it today for the first time since last October. Turned the gas on, and the left carb flooded. I took the float bowl off and the float appeared to be operating fine. Float needle jet appeared to be in the correct position.

My understanding here is that the only carb circuits or things that would cause this carb flooding problem is either float related, or float needle jet related. Is that right, and I can limit my search to those areas?
Thanks,
Dennis Jones
