Fred, These plates allow you to move the passenger pegs forward to clear
saddlebags and crash bars and/or add passenger boards. They are not a guzzi
part though a lot of loops with boards will have something similar.

As I slowly pull parts out of the boxes this Eldo has been in for who knows how long, I find things I can't ID. The rear footpegs were bolted to two thick triangular plates that look like they bolt up to the frame at the two holes the rear crashbars attach. But the parts book doesn't show these plates at all, and it looks like the rear footpegs attach right to the frame at these same holes. Is this some cobble? (that I have already had powdercoated) 73 Eldo in crates 78 T3/949 |
