Well rick , hard to tell for sure but the stuff doesn't look at all
British. Kinda looks like Japanese stuff. Try hose clamping, tie
wrapping and vinyl taping it to your bars. hook it up with some lamp
cord and call it switch gear ! JUST KIDDING, LIGHTEN
