I am always good for a brew. No rush for parts. I'll start worrying about
them more as time goes on. I still have a lot of evaluation, sorting and
cleaning to do to really get started. Being low on cash and extremely low on
time this project might be slow. I may usehttp://www.powdercoatinginc.com/
in Mukilteo. I thought about using Eastwood's black auto frame paint. So
many decisions to make. Artbrass has a great reputation. guess I should
check them out since I work a few blocks away.

One barrel had a small bit (1/4 matchead or less) of chrome missing when I
pulled the top end apart around '93 to do an exhaust port thread job
(rather, have it done) and reseal the barrels. Ran many years after that. I
am going to replace the barrels and pistons. Haven't pulled them off yet to
see if it has changed. Of course the other head needs the exhaust port
thread job done now. I was amused by the parts that fell out of the tail of
the tranny. Little throwout bearing had been converting itself to dust.
