Moto International sells adapters so you can use the later Guzzi petcocks.
I've been using a set with the "right-angle" V65 petcocks for about four
years now. The adapters require the removal of the fuel strainer screens on
the petcocks (use inline filters), but you gain a reserve position. The
adapters are part no. 1210A, $9.95 ea., the petcocks are part no. 6510 5400
and 6510 5401, $14.95 ea. The newer style petcocks don't totally solve the
problem though, one of mine drips a drop each time I move the lever. Cheers,
