Hey Ken,

If you don't have any luck finding one of these used, I bought mine from
MG Cycle new. I don't remember the price exactly, but I bet it won't be
too much more than a new piston, rebuild kit and pads that you will need
for the used one. I have testified about this set-up before, but I am
running this caliper with a 12mm MC from a Convert on my 850T. It works
great! Equal in my opinion to the dual F08 set-up on my Laverda. I'd be
interested to hear how it works on the race track. I expect it will fade
more than the dual set-up. A lot less unsprung weight though.

Regards,

Darrell Dick

It has been brought to my attention that the F-09 did not come on
all rear
disk brake models. It seems to have only come on early SP1000 &
maybe some
converts. If anybody has one they can part with please let me know.
You can
tell the F-09 from the F-08 from the larger casting for the pistons
& it uses
2 3/8" pads.
Thanks
Ken
