We, That is myself and a bunch of my customers go to Maggie Valley
twice a year. We've been doing this for about 18 years now.
Maggie is just over the mountian about 15 miles east of cherokee which
is where the parkway begins. It's one of the best parts of the parkway
especially if you like the twisteeeeessss! Lots of nice side trips also.
highest point is about 25 miles from
from Maggie.
