Hi - just for information for the list
the Fontana rally of several years ago was very tough and discouraging. what
was said was close enough.
I would like to say that this fall - the police in that area ( BMW RA Rally
was held in sept - two weeks or less after WTC- in Morgantown NC) were very
nice . I am from NY - the people were super too - as soon as they saw the
license plate they came right over to us. However , coming up the interstate
in VA - I was ticketed with lots of prejudice- as a motorcyclist by a
sheriff- I was fifth in line doing the same speed as everyone else. It was
$66.00 for 78 in a 65 zone. sometimes it does not pay to wear conspicuous
colors. The officer said it was the third motorcycle he had ticketed in his
career. Yeah right.
