you just swap the lower frame rails for the footpeg model. Bolt up
associated stuff and go.
Let me know if you end up with a spare footboard set up....

I'm planning on a T3 purchase this year when i find one not too far away from here. It's not going to be a bigtime cruiser although I will certainly do distance trips. The main interest is tweaking the suspension to give good handling, having good brakes and going like hell. Can someone tell me what I would have to do to change a floor board model into a footpeg type model. I'm assumuing there are lugs on the lower rails to which the floorboards attach. Would they have to be replaced for footpegs. I'm also assuming that shift a brake levers would need to be replaced. Is this also correct? If I'm totally missing something else I hope someone will let me know.
