Charles,
You did well. When I was younger, I saw a grouse cause a Ford Econoline van to roll over in a ditch and onto it's roof. This happened on the 100 mile gravel road to Armstrong, Ontario (N. Side of Lake Superior). I initially thought the yellow fluid running out the back of the van was gasoline. To my relief it was only beer!
Maybe later I can reflect on what happens to a '68 Cadillac when it hits a moose. (pretty much a Convertible).

About midway there a grouse comes running across the road and I clobber him good >with the front left of the bike. |
