John,
Somewhere in these pages around mid July are pics of Tom Bowe's Ambo
("Cedar") The lights Tom and I are using are on the bike. They are made
by "Grote" and available in three different patterns , spot , flood and
trapezoid. I am using spot and Tom is using trapezoid. The lights use
readily available H3 halogen bulbs wattage range is 25 to 100+ Watts. We
are using 50 Watt bulbs and find it more than enough. The lights mount
easily with the bracket included ,just put it under the headlight bolt .
An Allen type bolt works good here. The best part is the price ,under @0
bucks each at most good auto parts or farm supply.
If you have trouble locating a set let me know I can get them from the
local auto parts and forward them to you.

I am going to replace the spotlights I have with some more Guzzi style lights if avaliable. Which Guzzi shop would have the ones that clamp on to the headlight brackets in line instead of up high like some of the LAPD type?
