Man, IF I ever crash or break down badly I sure hope it is near Portland.
Last night I asked for some help to get Larry's BMW out of airport parking
and keep it stored for a bit. Today I am INUNDATED with offers from people
who are 3 HOURS away offering to quit their jobs in order to help. I thought
I was a nice, helpful guy, but I am truely humbled by the outpouring. On
behalf of the Loyds, THANK YOU ALL. I have tried to keep all the E-addresses
and phones to share with the family at a later time.
I did find a Guzzi guy who is 5 miles from the airport and he and Larry have
already been in touch. I'll go next week or the week after and get the bike
back to Larry in Las Vegas.
It sure is a warm, cozy feeling to be on these lists.
