When the accident occured, Larry (an MSF instructor) was at the BMW rally in Redmond. He was notified and drove to the Portland airport to fly home. His K-bike is currently in long term parking at $12 per day. We need someone nearby to fetch the bike, take it home and store it safely until I or Larry can either tow a trailer up there or fly up and ride it home. Might be a few weeks. Is there someone nearby Portland who can provide this family help? We can FedEx the key and money for the parking fees and describe the exact parking location when necessary. Please give me a name and some phone numbers and your distance from the airport. Data off-list please. Thanks on behalf of the Loyd family.
