Jay,
I have a 2 piece Aerostich suit.
I definitely notice being cooler in the legs when I wear them on a hot day.
Normally you think of riding pants keeping you warm, Actually I found they
will insulate from the heat also. They "breathe" also.
The upper suit has big vents and allows a draft thru as you ride, But I
tell you, I was also hot hot hot when not moving. At least it kept the sun
off my skin to minimize sunburn

Yeah, me too. I meant to change the address before hitting send. Realized I
hadn't a millisecond too late. Wish e-mail had a "recall" button.
BTW, been out riding the Ambo as much as I can, bike is running well, but
the 100+ degree temps kinda suck some of the fun out of it.
Does anyone have any effective strategies for keeping cool on summertime
rides?
