No way to make you more comfortable...just survive it. Drink shitloads of
water. I went through 1.5 gallons of drinking water through easter Or and
Wa. I pissed twice. You can also soak your shirt in water and put it on wet,
then the jacket over the top. As the water evaporates, it will cool you.
There is also a vest made by marsee that works the same way, but it lasts
longer than an hour or so. 100 bones, I thnk.
