Chris,
If your sure the upper end oil lines are cool along with the plug over
the allen head bolt then I can't see any other possiblity, check to make
sure your oil drain hole in the head gasket is aligned correcty when you
taker the heads off.
I assume that the oil leak is below or right at the gasket surface?

Took the head bolt off and there was no sign of oil under it either. Re tourqued the head and adjusted the valves again. Leak is still there.
