Just replace the tube. if the tire is new and the hole is just a nail
puncture in the tread, no big deal. If the tire were old and hard...

I hope that patching the tire and replacing the tube is good enough. I don't see replacing a nearly new tire cos of a tiny hole. Glad it didn't go out on me on my way to work this AM...poor handling on that ride is what made me check it. Input welcome!
