Ian -
Guess I shoulda known better than to post only the frame# :) The
engine is 2383. Its all there - except the Delorto twins were run
out of town by the Mikuni brothers when parts fell off one of the
D's in Seattle and there was no other way to keep running. Last time
I tried (couple years ago) it started and ran. The Odo says 29226 -
but the sp. cable was broken when I got it. I remember riding it in
the year before it was mine when the spedo was working, though.
I live west of Olympia, WA these days.

Bob, Welcome to the list. After a month here and a little time in the saddle of that 700 you will not want to part with her.....these bikes grow on you as does the list. Thanks for including you serial number as well. I am keeping an informal list of all the Loops out there and I am happy to add you to my list. By |
way...can you get me the engine serial number as well please? As you may |
may not know....the V700's had different frame and engine serial numbers. Also...where abouts are you located? Whereever you are there are lots of Guzzi rallies going on. Hopefully one will be close to you so you can go |
meet some of the great Guzzisti. Regards....Ian |
