Patrick,
You're lucky to see two in one day. I think that over the last six years of
being involved with Guzzis ( and looking for them constantly) I have seen
two as a "happen chance".
The rarity of these bikes hit home last year when I rode to the National. I
left Montreal.....as one loney Loop on the road and saw lots of HD's....a
few other brands but no MG's. Then I rolled into the rally site and was
immersed in Guzzis.....over 600 of them. It was great :-)
By the way...never saw one on the way home and the last one I saw (making
the two total) was on my way to the WNYR. Funny how such a silly little
thing like passing fellow Guzzisti can make the heart pound. Funny but after
I passed him I was wondering if he noticed us.
Regards....Ian

Wow. I never see other Guzzis on the road. This morning I went to Santa Cruz for breakfast on the way back I saw a yellow SP or CX100 and a mile later a gray Jackal. Both going the opposite direction over to the coast. Nice day for Guzzi riding! Patrick Hayes |
