Hi Ian and all,
While I was in the local automotive gen/alt/starter repair place today,
I inquired about the ND alternator for a '96 Geo Metro w/three cyl. He
normally stocks it but unfortunately was out of them, so I didn't get to
see if this was indeed the one Dale Peterson had fitted to his Eldo. The
Delco-Remy part no. is 321-1250. The specs. listed it as 55 amps with a
17mm shaft. My cost is $115, normal retail is $145. Next time I'm in
there I'll check again - he said more would be in within a week. Cheers,
