Try a teflon washer, or two.

Howdy all- Has anyone tried to tighten up loose, floppy clutch and brake levers? I've squeezed on the mounting saddles and done a slight bit of tightening, but I'm afraid to really clamp down on them for fear of breaking them. How 'bout building up the levers themselves with a brazing or JB Weld or something and reshaping to fit the saddles better? Any suggestions are appreciated.
