Richard, just an idea,I have no personal experience with this
product, but it was being discussed on the BMW Airhead list as a
cleanup for scratched wind shields.

Bob,
Thanks for the idea, I hadn't really thought of doing that. I have
the original glass it is just so scratched and discolored I can't use
it.
Really I don't want to put the fairing back on but want to ride it at
highway speeds and think I have to have it to be comfortable. Thanks
for the offer again, but I have the original so I can trace it out
myself if I don't get a part number I will try this.
Thanks,
Rick

Richard,
If you don't get part numbers from anyone on the list I would be
willing to make a tracing of my sheild on my Wixom and send it to you.
You could then buy plexi and use a heat gun to bend it into shape,
drill holes in the bottom and attach. Just a suggestion. Bob Hawkes

Hi,
I remember seeing a post about a part number or company that
makes a replacement windsheild for the Wixom fairing.
Does anybody have the part number, or any info on replacing the
plexiglass on this style wind jammer?
thanks,
Rick
