The positive thing is, I am not out 'alot' of money, just my spare
engine. It will be fixed by dipstick.
I had the opportunity to buy some eldo engine parts from a good friend ,
Bert Oster. When I inquired as to how he got the parts, he told me this
story...
A friend of his was changing the oil on his eldo, when the wife called
him in for supper. After supper, guests arrive and they have a nice
evening visiting. Next day, he gets on the bike to go for a ride, and
only gets to the end of the block when the engine seizes. Seems that he
never got around to finishing the oil change.!
Oh well.
