Don't think a mod is needed to this board. When you hit reply, it goes
to the board. From what I understand and have done in the past, if I
just want to send a note to the author, click on his name within the
message, on the top right. I believe Topica automatically pulls up the
authors e-mail address (though it is not listed) and when you hit send,
it goes just to that person, not the entire board. Works for me
everytime.

BTW, I just noticed your lead in the WildGooseChase site 'Guzzi of the Year' has slipped to second behind Bill K's Eldo. This after I used both of my accounts to vote for you. Sunny day in Ca yesterday, got to take the Ambo out for a 50 mile loop. My sympathies for you folks that have put the bikes away for the season. Rich Hi Chris and All, The problem is when you hit the "reply" button it goes to the Loopframe list as opposed to the individual. Maybe Dave can alter the format so it is like the MGCL, that is when you hit "reply" it goes to the individual. I agree with you that personal e's should be addressed to the individual but every once in a while you are in a hurry and forget to look at who it is going to. I am guilty of this myself. I hope this doesn't become a full blow thread :-) Regards....Ian ___________________________________________________________ T O P I C Ahttp://www.topica.com/t/17 Newsletters, Tips and Discussions on Your Favorite Topics |
