Dave,
I just visited your Loopframe web site. Man, that is cool stuff+ACE- This
gives me inspiration to continue with my 69 Ambo that is giving me problems.
The starboard cylinder is crapping out on me all the time. I think oil is
getting in the cylinder and fouling out the plugs. I went inside recently
and found a broken piston ring (top) which I replaced and that the chrome
was getting thin. What should I do?? Should I order cylinder/piston kits
from Harpers (+ACQ-300 per side plus gaskets) just get new rings, put in new
sleeves, sleeves and rings?? Got any ideas? If you are ever available I'd
like to speak to you on the phone. I did talk to Harpers and of course they
think I should go with the kits. If you have time let me know what you
think. By the way when I start it up at first it blows out smoke but then
stops after it warms. But then it will only start on both cylinders when I
put in a fresh spark plug. I have tried going to a hotter plug but they
still foul out. Thanks, Bob 69 Ambo 750cc

+AD4-As you all know, the list has been down for a while, seems like ages, I
+AD4-went through withdrawl, kinda reminds me of how nice it is to be able to go
+AD4-to the list and find out the answers to loopframe questions and find parts
+AD4-when you need to, or even sell some.
