Hi Edward,
A replacement pushrod (available used I sure) would be cheap insurance. It's
not fun to limp home on one cylinder. My $.02.

The exhaust thread were hooped! Bought some used heads off E bay, while changing them fond two different head gaskets installed. The push rods were rubbing on the right side. Are the rods hollow or solid metal? Difference in material loss is orig. 0.355, worst rubbed area 0.338. Is that enough to worry about? Also can I use anti seize compound on the exhaust threads? Thanks Ted Ambo 750 Lamans II ___________________________________________________________ T O P I C Ahttp://www.topica.com/t/17 Newsletters, Tips and Discussions on Your Favorite Topics |
