Hi Doni,
If it is the original button, there should be two screws going in from
the back side of it that hold the plastic part with the terminals on it
to the front. Yours may have a rubber boot over the back of the button (
most have rotted away long ago). Once you have removed the two small
screws, the rest comes apart easily. Should be just the button and a
spring. You can clean the circular contact up on some fine emery paper
and reassemble the button in the reverse order. I pack the inside with
dialectric grease before reassembly to prevent corrosion. On my '69 Ambo
there is no starter relay so all of the current to the solenoid goes
through the button - I'm not sure if yours has a relay or not. In order
to prevent the contact from "burning" so quickly, I occasionally turn
the part you push of the button slightly before I start the bike. I hope
