Ian, see what happens when you jump in the middle of something! Never know
whether someone is kidding or serious, my fault. I like my eldo and alot of
others seem to also. I'll try to post some pics of it so you'll can see one
example of a modern classic, although the kudus must go to MG classics for
making it happen for me. Also, the Jackal is coming closer to what I think
people who want a retro bike would buy. I would have bought one but had
already bought an eldo to restore when it came out.

 Back to Bill, I think he had Mark stretch the frame for
the 1100cc motor and tranny. Bet that's a sweet ride. I've got about
10,000 in mine so I think the 3000 figure is not realistic. Tom

I was kidding when I said $3000. I was referring to our devalued Canadian
dollar with respect to your USD.

Realistically.....I think that if you had the parts availability you could
build these bikes for around $10k. Likely less if you could get some
conformity in the process.
