Hi John,
Actually the fuses are pretty easily found since they are common on VW's. At
least they are up here in Canada.
Dave's got the right idea...which is to rewire the machine with more modern
stuff. I would have done the same on my bike had the existing wiring and
fuse box not been in such great shape.
I'll look forward to recieving your info for the database.

I am not sure how much is original and how much has been changed. It does have the funky old-style fusebox, which is at least easy to get at! But I imagine I cannot just go down to Napa to find those fuses!! Thanks, David!
