I can confirm that this All-Balls Racing rebuild kit part number 18-1029 fits a 2000 Quota 1100 ES Rear Master cylinder and works well. Cost me USD $20.00 on eBay and I didn't have to throw out a marginally OK master cylinder.

This is a source for the rear master cylinder for Quota. All the sources say that Brembo doesn't make a kit to rebuild this cylinder or the calipers due to liability issues.
