Here are some common exhaust header pipe options for the Moto Guzzi V700, V7 Special, Ambassador, 850 GT, 850 GT California, Eldorado, and 850 California Police models. Left side (MG# 12120905 and right side (MG# 12120900) pipes are different. Due to minor pipe diameter variations, it is wise to carefully source header pipes and mufflers to match.

Header pipes available from Armour Motor Products in the United Kingdom

Thanks to Robert de Chazal for sending me this information via email regarding the header pipes he ordered from Armour Motor Products. In Robert's own words:

Before ordering, I noticed that the pipes were listed as 38 mm OD rather than the original 37 mm. I contacted them to ask whether the 38 mm pipes would fit, and they confirmed that they would.

However, after receiving them, I found that the pipes do not fit the cylinder heads, nor will they fit the silencers.

I'm writing to make you aware of this in case you'd like to update the information on your site, as these header pipes do not appear to be the correct size for my 1970 Ambassador and potentially any V7 of that era.
