I thought I'd share some information on how I made an adjustment screw for the clutch pushrod lever. I've always had a tough time making clutch adjustments at the rear of the transmission given thetappet adjustmentlike end on the adjustment screw, so to make this process a little easier I fabricated an adjustment screw with a 4 mm hex end on it. I used McMaster-Carr part number 99642A145 and cut it to 17.5 mm long and applied a slight bevel to the end like the original screw has and then cut an 8 mm long piece off a 4 mm Allen wrench (5 mm goes into the screw and 3 mm protrudes) and JB welded into the end of the screw. Now I'll be able to use a 4 mm open or closed end wrench to make the necessary adjustments.
