The OR-KIT-XT225 provides standard Buna-N O-rings for all applications that are in contact with oil; Viton O-rings are provided all applications that are in contact with fuel.

O-ring kit contains the following nineteen (21) O-rings:

• OR-1: Four (4) Buna-N O-rings to seal the oil cooler lines to the engine and oil cooler (YPN# -)
• OR-2: One (1) Buna-N O-ring to seal the oil fill cap to the clutch cover (YPN# -)
• OR-4: One (1) Buna-N O-ring to seal the oil filter to the engine case (YPN# - or YPN# -)
• OR-5: One (1) Buna-N O-ring to seal the oil filter cover to the engine case (YPN# -)
• OR-8: One (1) Buna-N O-ring to seal the large plug to the magneto cover (YPN# -)
• OR-9: One (1) Viton O-ring to seal the pilot air/fuel screw to the carburetor body (YPN# -).
  Viton is more resistant to deterioration when in contact with modern fuels.
• OR-10: One (1) larger Viton O-ring to seal the float to the carburetor body (YPN# -).
  Viton is more resistant to deterioration when in contact with modern fuels.
• OR-13: One (1) smaller Viton O-ring to seal the float cage assembly to the carburetor body (YPN# -).
  Viton is more resistant to deterioration when in contact with modern fuels.
• OR-16: One (1) Viton O-ring to seal the throttle slide guide to the carburetor body on BST carburetors (constant velocity or CV).
  Viton is more resistant to deterioration when in contact with modern fuels.
• OR-17: One (1) Buna-N O-ring to seal the carburetor intake manifold to the cylinder head (YPN# -)
• OR-18: Two (2) Buna-N O-rings to seal the valve inspection covers to the cylinder head (YPN# -)
• OR-19: One (1) Buna-N O-ring to seal the starter motor to the engine case (YPN# -)
• OR-20: Four (4) Buna-N O-rings to seal the oil cooler lines to the engine and oil cooler (YPN# -)
• OR-21: One (1) Viton O-ring to seal the carburetor drain plug to the carburetor (YPN# -).
  Viton is more resistant to deterioration when in contact with modern fuels.
