V7 Sport fuse box electrical connections

Input side (non-fused, top row)

  • Right side of motorcycle (when the rider is properly positioned while riding)
  • 1 - connected to fuse 2; not used
  • 2 - connected to fuse 1; not used
  • 3 - connected to fuse 4; not used
  • 4 - connected to fuses 3 and 5; not used
  • 5 - connected to fuses 4 and 6; blue/black wire to coil
  • 6 - connected to fuse 5; blue/black wire from ignition switch
  • 7 - Orange wire to left handlebar switch
  • 8 - Black wire from ignition switch
  • 9 - Red wire to B+ on rectifier
  • Left side of motorcycle (when the rider is properly positioned while riding)

Output side (fused, bottom row)

  • Right side of motorcycle (when the rider is properly positioned while riding)
  • 1 - not used
  • 2 - not used
  • 3 - Gray/black wire to flasher to power turn signals
  • 4 -
    • White/black wire to left electric petcock
    • White/black wire to dash to power indicator lights
  • 5 -
    • Gray wire to power horns
    • Blue wire with resistor to terminal 61 on the voltage rectifier. Optional.
  • 6 -
    • Black wire to front brake light switch
    • Gray/black wire to rear brake light switch
  • 7 -
    • Yellow wire to under seat light switch
    • Yellow wire to power front parking lights
    • Yellow wire to power rear tail light
  • 8 - Green wire to left handlebar switch
  • 9 - Red wire to battery positive terminal
  • Left side of motorcycle (when the rider is properly positioned while riding)

750 S fuse box electrical connections

Input side (non-fused, top row)

  • Right side of motorcycle (when the rider is properly positioned while riding)
  • 1 - connected to fuse 2; not used
  • 2 - connected to fuse 1; not used
  • 3 - connected to fuse 4; not used
  • 4 - connected to fuses 3 and 5; not used
  • 5 - connected to fuses 4 and 6; blue/black wire to coil
  • 6 - connected to fuse 5; blue/black wire from ignition switch
  • 7 - Orange wire to left handlebar switch
  • 8 - Black wire from ignition switch
  • 9 - Red wire to B+ on rectifier
  • Left side of motorcycle (when the rider is properly positioned while riding)

Output side (fused, bottom row)

  • Right side of motorcycle (when the rider is properly positioned while riding)

  • 2 - not used
  • 3 - Gray/black wire to flasher to power turn signals

    • White/black wire to left electric petcock

  • F2 - Connected to F1 and F3 via jumpers
  • F1 - Connected to F2 via jumper; Brown wire from ignition switch

Output side (fused, bottom row)

  • Right side of motorcycle (when the rider is properly positioned while riding)

    • Blue wire to rear brake light switch
    • Brown wire to flashing lights relay

    • Blue/black wire to flasher to power turn signals

V1000 I-Convert fuse box electrical connections

Input side (non-fused, nearest the front wheel)

  • F1 (top most fuse) - Brown wire from ignition switch
  • F2 - Connected to F1 via jumper
  • F3 - Connected to F2 via jumper
  • F4 - Green wire from ignition switch
  • F5 - Red wire from rectifier
  • F6 - Connected to F5 via jumper

Output side (fused, nearest the rear wheel)

  • F1 (top most fuse) -
    • Blue wire to rear brake light switch
    • Brown wire to flashing lights relay
  • F2 -
    • Brown wire to left electric petcock (if equipped)
    • Brown wire to starter relay
  • F3 -
    • Red/black wire to left handlebar switch to power headlights
    • Blue wire with resistor to terminal 61 on the voltage rectifier. Optional.
  • F4 - Red wire to left handlebar switch to power parking lights
  • F5 -
    • Blue/black wire to toggle switch on dash to power hazard lights

Le Mans 1000 fuse box electrical connections

Input side (non-fused)

  • 1 (left most fuse as positioned on the motorcycle) - Brown wire from ignition switch
  • 2 - Connected to fuse 1 via jumper wire
  • 3 - Connected to fuse 2 via jumper wire
  • 4 - Green wire from ignition switch
  • 5 (right most fuse as positioned on the motorcycle) -
    • Red wire from battery positive terminal
    • Red wire from rectifier

Output side (fused)

  • 1 (left most fuse as positioned on the motorcycle) -
    • Blue wire with resistor to terminal 61 on the voltage rectifier.
    • Brown wire to starter relay
  • 2 - Brown wire to horn relay
  • 3 - Red/black wire to left handlebar switch to power headlights
  • 4 -
    • Red/white wire to flasher to power turn signals
    • Red wire to left handlebar switch to power parking lights
  • 5 (right most fuse as positioned on the motorcycle) - White/black wire to toggle switch

California II fuse box electrical connections

Input side (non-fused, nearest the front wheel)

  • F1 (top most fuse) - Brown wire from ignition switch
  • F2 - Connected to F1 via jumper
  • F3 - Connected to F2 via jumper
  • F4 - Green wire from ignition switch
  • F5 - Red wire from rectifier
  • F6 - Connected to F5 via jumper

Output side (fused, nearest the rear wheel)

  • F1 (top most fuse) -
    • Blue wire to rear brake light switch
    • Brown wire to starter relay
  • F2 - Brown wire to flashing lights relay
  • F3 - Red/black wire to left handlebar switch to power headlights
  • F4 -
    • Red wire to left handlebar switch to power parking lights
    • Blue wire with resistor to terminal 61 on the voltage rectifier.
  • F5 - Blue/black wire to flasher to power turn signals
