Intake manifolds - mounting washers

Thanks to Joe Tokarz for sending this to me via email. In Joe's own words:

The intake manifold is mounted with 8 mm cap-head bolts sitting on top of the thick fiber insulating washer. A metal washer is needed to keep the bolt head from cutting into and crushing the fiber washer but that washer is hard to find since it is thin and the ID to OD relation is smaller than the commonly available washers.

Aircraft Spruce has a very close fit to the original and in thin stainless. Works very good.
